Jeyran Rahmatullayeva

Ms. Jeyran Rahmatullayeva is Chief of Staff of the State Committee for Family, Women, and Children Affairs. As one of the first social workers in Azerbaijan, she has been working in the field of family affairs for 22 years, while also being involved in academic activities.

She is working on a PhD research on social service policy in Azerbaijan in the context of international experience. She has represented the country in international organizations for 17 years. 

For her effective work in the social field, she has been awarded the “Progress Medal” and a “Certificate of Appreciation” by the President.
