Endrit Reka serves as the President of the Albanian Green Crescent, a non-governmental organization dedicated to combating addiction and promoting healthy lifestyles in Albania. In this role, he has been instrumental in organizing national campaigns and educational programs aimed at raising awareness about substance abuse and supporting recovery initiatives. Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its outreach, collaborating with international bodies to implement evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique challenges faced by communities in the region.

In addition to his work with the Green Crescent, Endrit is the Board Director of the Albanian Policy Center (APC), where he plays a key role in shaping policy discussions on security, governance, and regional stability. He also leads the Security Department at APS, contributing to research and strategic initiatives that address critical security challenges in the Balkans. His expertise in policy development, security affairs, and advocacy efforts has positioned him as a leading voice in fostering cooperation and sustainable solutions in these fields.

Endrit has completed numerous specialized programs, workshops, and conferences on security issues, governance, and public policy. His active participation in international forums has strengthened his expertise in addressing complex security challenges and addiction-related policies. Through his diverse engagements, he remains committed to empowering individuals and communities, promoting sustainable recovery pathways, and contributing to regional and global security discussions.
